Biography
Over the sixty-four years on planet Earth, I have been many things, from a welder to a delivery driver to the present guise of a Highways Operative (Tarmac and Kerbstone layer) and many, many things in-between.
They say that variety is the spice of life, and my life has consisted of wearing a multitude of different hats, but no matter the job I have always given it my best shot, with a ‘lets give it a go’ attitude.
Writing is not new to me, I have been writing stories for my own amusement for many years and never really had the confidence to see them published, but now I want to my Grandson and any future Grandkids to hear my stories and see them in print.
The foray into the publishing world has been quite daunting and exciting in equal measure, but, with help from some truly wonderful people I can now call myself a published author.
My debut book, Hear a Story …and Dream I hope is the first of many, because my imagination rarely takes any time off, to sit at my laptop and begin a new story, well, that is my happy place.
With all that said, I want to create stories to take children to a happy place and fire their imagination too.
