All books are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment.

We only deliver to UK addresses at this time.

A signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be home during the day, consider using a work address to ensure a smooth delivery.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your new books, but we offer a full money-back guarantee for your peace of mind.

To start a return, please contact us immediately for a returns number. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it, in its original condition and packaging. Please write the returns number clearly on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a tracked or “signed for” delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund, minus the original postage and packing costs.
